This is the last Chinese dish we are doing in continuing our celebration of Chinese new year. We're making dry fried chicken wings from Sichuan province. These wings are fist deep fried then stir fried in is a spicy sweet sticky sauce. Make them once nad you'll see that they truly are the crack of chicken wings. The ingredients are all available in your local store this time, nothing scary and everything delicious.
