We're back to cooking our kitchen. Well, Mark is cooking in the kitchen and Bruce is watching, helping, judging, and making color commentary. This morning it's a Cranberry Walnut Pumpkin Bundt cake. Yup and old fashioned bundt cake with all the flavors of the fall and holiday season. In this recipe Mark is using pumpkin that Bruce roasted and drained but you can easily use canned pumpkin and this will turn out delicious every time. Other incredible ingredients include dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, diced candied orange peel, cinnamon, and nutmeg. So, get in your kitchen and cook along with us, or listen in the car and bake this cake when you get home.
