It's Passover, again. And our favorite thing about this jewish holiday is breakfast. No bagels, no english muffins, and no toast. But there is Matzoh Brei. That delicious combination of matzoh and eggs skillet fried into a thick pancake that's sort of a cross between a frittata and a torta. We hear you - you like it scrambled.
